RE: Our Customer Service Standard
Please join us in recognizing Bradley from our Consumer Loan Department. In today’s hurried world, few people would take any time to write a letter informing us of how well we served them. The following prose was sent directly to Senior Management by Bradley’s customer: “Just a note to say thanks to you and your staff for the kind and neighborly service. My wife and I have been with 1st National many years. We live in Palmerton and use this branch. Over the years, we’ve taken out loans and have checking and savings accounts. One individual has always gone the extra mile, please recognize Mr. Brad Browne. His courtesy and outstanding service makes him an asset to our local bank and community.”
This letter is a tribute to Bradley, his lending associates, and support staff, and Richard Snyder as head of the Department, and demonstrates the service standards we hold and pride ourselves on. It is this very approach that will cultivate long-term financial relationships and customer loyalty with members of our various branch communities.
